Greg joined the Board in January 2019 and is currently President and CEO at FASCO Fasteners and Supply Company, Houston, Texas Area.
He is an experienced entrepreneurial CFO, President and CEO with demonstrated history of working in the beverage, education technology and construction industries. Greg is skilled in Budgeting, Operations Management, Business Re-Financing, Banking Relations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Sales Management and Education Technology. Greg is a strong business development and financial management professional with a BS focused in Business Administration/Accounting from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Greg is happily Married to Terri Malloch with two sons, Bryan and Reid, one granddaughter and one spoiled golden retriever puppy!

Mike Harwell joined the board in Spring 2015. Mike is a graduate from the University of Mississippi ( commonly known as Ole Miss) with a BBA in Business Management and a minor in International Business. He is founder and principle of The Hillwood Group based in Houston, TX which serves food industry customers in the area of international product sourcing and representation. Mike has been married to his wife Darlene for 26 years and have two sons (Connor & Ryan). Mike previously served as Vice President for Westside Soccer Club located at Bear Creek Park and was instrumental in expanding Sports Quest’s training role with the club. Mike remains active in the youth soccer community by serving as the Director for the Houston Labor Day Cup soccer tournament and by serving as a volunteer during Sports Quest’s outreach camps. Mike also works for the Houston Dynamo of the MLS as part of their game day operations staff.
Brandon James is a purpose-driven leader, licensed Texas attorney, and seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in IT, enterprise transformation, and legal practice. As a Change Manager at a Fortune 100 company, he has led cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, and championed innovation and productivity. Beyond the corporate world, Brandon is passionate about using his gifts of empathy, teaching, and writing to help people discover their greatest joy in Jesus. His mission is to get the Bible into new hands and hearts, equipping others to live with purpose and hope through the truth of God’s Word.
Grant Alford’s sports ministry journey began on the soccer fields of NW Houston, where he played for select teams and first connected with ministry leaders from Sports Quest — relationships that helped shape his heart for Kingdom service.
Grant continued his athletic and academic pursuits at LeTourneau University, playing two years for the Yellowjackets before transferring to Texas A&M University, where he finished his soccer career and completed his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. His professional career has remained rooted in Houston, where he works in the Oil and Gas Energy Industry where he continues his passion of managing and developing technical leaders in pursuit of their strategic business goals.
